Shipping Procedure

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and New Zealand. We ship every business day from our warehouse in Melbourne. Your order will be dispatched the next business day after you have placed and paid for your order. Please note that if you select to pay with bank transfer that we will ship your order within 1 business day of your payment clearing. 

URGENT ORDERS: If you have an urgent deadline of when you need your order delivered by please call our office on 1300 465 862 for assistance on working out the best option. We can often push orders out same day if needed but it is very imporant you call to check.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that all postage options are offered by 3rd party courier and postage services and while we are proud of our fast dispatch times we can not guarentee delivery dates as these are subject to the performance of the shipping service you select.

SHIPPING COSTS:
1. Add products to your cart.

2. "Click View Shopping Cart". On the shopping cart page you will see a summary of the items you have selected and below that there is an "Estimate Shipping" Box.

3. Enter your country, state and post code into this box to see shipping options and prices. All shipping prices are based off the weight of the products you have selected and the available services the day you are shopping (See image below for an example)

SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
All shipping options have tracking and signature service. If you will not be home to sign for your item please choose an Aus Post option as you will then be able to collect your item from the post office if you are not at home with the driver attempts delivery.

EXPRESS - Aus Post: This is the fastest service level run through Australia Post. This service offers estimated next busienss day delivery to many areas.

STARTRACK - Premium Air: This is the fastest service level run through Startrack Couriers. This service offers estimated next busienss day delivery to most areas of Australia. 

STARTRACK - Regular: This is the Road Express Startrack courier service. This service is often slightly faster than Australia Post Regular service, but not as fast as Australia Post Express.

REGULAR - Aus Post: Normal road service with Australia Post.

COURIERS PLEASE: This is also a road service and takes a similar estimated delivery time frame to Australia Post.

LOCAL PICKUP: Use this option if you wish to pickup your order or send your own courier. Pickup is available between 10am- 4pm Mon-Fri and Pickup Orders are available from 11am the day after you place your order. If you need to pick up on the same day please call our office to arrange. SHIPPING OPTIONS TO NEW ZEALAND:
We ship items to New Zealand every day and most orders are received in the time frames below, without delays. However, due to the goods needing to pass through New Zealand Customs we have no control if goods are delayed. 

New Zealand also has import tax and duties that may be payable to the NZ Customs on entry to the country if your order exceeds the Tax-Free limit. If you are required to pay (D&T) your order will be held by NZ Post and you will receive a notification in the mail informing you of the amount and how to pay. Please also note; due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed as incurring Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD, NO Tracking: This is standard budget International post with Australia Post, estimated 3 - 8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD, with Tracking: This is standard International post with Australia Post that can be tracked with a tracking number, estimated 3 - 8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS, with Tracking: This is premium International post with Australia Post that can be tracked with a tracking number, estimated 2 - 5 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP: Use this option if you wish to pickup your order or send your own courier. Pickup is available between 10am- 4pm Mon-Fri and Pickup Orders are available from 11am the day after you place your order. If you need to pick up on the same day please call our office to arrange. Order Pickups 

If you have selected "pickup" you can pick your order up at our warehouse pickup point in Bayswater VIC, Mon-Fri between 10am-4pm. Please note your order will be ready from the first business day after you placed it. If you wish to pickup the same day you place it, that's fine too, just give us a call so we can make sure it's ready for you when you arrive.

Returns Policy

When you receive your amazing package via courier to your door, open up and if you're not 100% happy with your purchase then simply pay for the return delivery of the products in the new condition they were sent to you in and we'll give you a full refund minus any original postage costs.

To lodge a return, please contact us via phone or email and explain your reason for return and we will assist. You can return products to our warehouse at 10/65 Barry Street Bayswater VIC 3153.

We will issue your refund as soon as we have received and inspected the goods you have returned. This is usually well within 2 weeks of the day you post it back to us but may be slightly longer for international returns.

If you are returning the product due to a fault with the product, rather than just change of mind, then please call or email us before returning it. If it is determined that the product is faulty, we will arrange for the return postage to be paid.

Luna Wedding & Event Supplies highly encourage our customers to open their package as soon as they receive it and check they are happy with the order. We are very proud of our quality control systems, excellent packers and fast postage process, which is reflected in our customer satisfaction and feedback. However, like in any dispatch business packing mistakes and manufacturing faults can very occasionally occur. We will always work with our customers to resolve any issues in accordance with our gold star refund/returns policy as an utmost priority, but Luna Wedding & Event Supplies can not be held liable for or offer exchange or refunds of any stock that has been used.
