Our VIP Membership is now even easier!

We’ve recently updated the way Luna customer accounts and VIP Memberships work. There’s no longer any need to create an account or remember a password.

Simply sign in using your email address or phone number. If you’ve shopped with us before, make sure you use the same email address or phone number used on your previous orders so we can recognise your purchase history and VIP spend.

Your orders and eligible spend are automatically tracked over time, allowing you to move through our VIP Membership levels and unlock greater discounts as you shop.

When shopping online, simply sign in using your email address or phone number before checking out. Any VIP discount you’ve qualified for will be automatically applied at checkout.

There’s no discount code to remember and no separate VIP account to set up.

Already shopped with Luna before?
Use the same email address or phone number from your previous orders when signing in so your existing purchase history can be linked to your membership.

Please note: You must be signed in before placing your order for your VIP Membership discount to apply. We are unable to apply membership discounts retrospectively once an order has been placed.

Once you’re signed in, you can easily keep track of your Luna membership and account details from your Profile.

From there, you can:

⭐️ Keep track of your eligible spend and progress towards the next membership level
⭐️ View your previous order history
⭐️ Update your saved contact and account details

Just remember to sign in using the same email address or phone number used for your previous Luna orders so your order history and membership spend stay connected.

Membership Levels

 

Your Luna VIP journey starts with Bronze Membership. Simply sign in using your email or phone number when you shop with us.

Your eligible purchases will be tracked automatically, so you can accumulate your spend over time and progress to higher membership levels with even more perks.


 
Spend over $1000 and you will qualify for a Silver Membership.
This will give you a further 5% off items every time you make a purchase!

 
Spend over $2000 and you will qualify for a Gold Membership.
This will give you a massive 10% off all items!
Please note: only one discount code can be used per order. Gold Members automatically receive 10% off and cannot be combined with any additional discount codes.
