Our online store is open for business and we are shipping orders as usual to every state in Australia and New Zealand.

Dispatch / Shipping:

We are dispatching all online orders daily Mon-Fri while observing strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines well beyond the gov requirement.

Since the start of the pandemic there have been some very minor, occasional delays to postage services, so allowing an extra day or two to be on the safe side is a good idea. 

Orders placed by 11am (excluding Star Track or Couriers Please Services) will be shipped the same day (mon-fri) from our warehouse. If you need something to go out urgently and wish to discuss postage please call us.

Customer enquiries are still being taken by phone as usual and this will not change as customer service can occur remotely when needed. We encourage you to call and talk through anything you need. Our customer service are highly knowledgable on our products and can solve pretty much anything remotely. :)

Pickup - Online Order Click and Collect from Bayswater VIC:

VIA APPOINTMENT: Free Pickup is available on checkout for online orders. To keep our staff and customers safe as part of our Covid-Safe plan we ask that you make your order then call or email to make an appointment to collect your order. Pickup will be available Monday-Friday 10:30-4, but it's important to let us know you are coming so we can ensure smooth and quick hand over.

  • Proof of Vaccination is required
  • Only 1 customer in showroom at a time (2 if coming together)
  • Showroom door may be locked when you arrive. If you see there is another customer being served we'd ask you to kindly wait in your car until they have left.
  • Your will be asked to provide contact details
  • You must wear a mask in our showroom. If you are unable to wear a mask because of a medical or other exemption please call ahead and inform our staff so an alternative solution can be reached, such as talking through the products over the phone or being served in the carpark. If you just turn up without doing this entry will be refused.
  • If you have small children in your care who can not remain in the car please call ahead and speak to our staff so we can arrange how to serve you when you get here. We are more than happy to come out to your car to deliver a package, etc.
